Our Watch repair department offers the same time honored repair techniques and the advantages of state of the art Testing equipment to ensure your timepieces will work as well as the day they were made. 3.      Steam out dirt and dry.

What we don’t do:

1.      Check stones for tightness.

2.      Tighten any loose stones.

3.      Round out a ring.

4.      Refinish, remove deep scratches.

5.      Polish ring like showcase new.

6.      Guarantee stone loss.

7.      Replace stones.

Intermediate Cleaning:

What we do:

1.      Polish ring to a shine with high speed buff.

2.      Ultrasonically clean

3.      May use a soft brush to assist in cleaning.

4.      Steam out dirt and dry.

What we don’t do:

1.      Check stones for tightness.

2.      Tighten any loose stones.

3.      Round out a ring.

4.      Remove deep scratches.

5.      Guarantee stone loss.

6.      Replace stones.

Price: varies with piece.

Same as New:

1.      Hand check each stone for tightness.

2.      Tighten any loose stones.

3.      Reset any stones that come out during cleaning at no charge.

4.      Round out ring

What we don’t do:

Unconditionally guarantee every stone. Some examples of items that we may not be able to guarantee are stones set with less than 4 prongs and stones with worn prongs. Please ask an associate to explain if there are any specific questions. There are additional charges to repair and re-tip prongs.
